El leasing habitacional: instrumento para financiar la adquisición de vivienda

Abstract

A nadie escapa que en los últimos años el acceso a la vivienda se ha convertido en uno de los problemas sociales más acuciantes tanto para los países en vía de desarrollo como para los desarrollados. En el caso colombiano, los estudios realizados demuestran que en la actualidad alrededor de un millón ochocientos mil hogares viven en condiciones subnormales, vale decir, sus viviendas carecen de las condiciones mínimas de espacio, disponibilidad de servicios o calidad de estructura.
