El contrato por medios electrónicos

Abstract

En la formación del contrato por medios electrónicos se estudia desde la concepción de la firma electrónica o digital, y los demás elementos que son medios probatorios para confirmar la voluntad en el negocio en el tiempo. Así mismo se toman las características de los contratos de consumo en Internet y la evaluación del grado de responsabilidad de los distintos agentes.
