Abstract

La Universidad Externado de Colombia y la firma Deloitte ofrecen a la comunidad académica y empresarial, y a los demás interesados, el presente texto, en el cual se analizan desde la perspectiva empresarial y académica todos los temas abordados por la reciente reforma tributaria, que tiene como punto fundamental lograr un equilibrio presupuestal durante los cuatro años de este gobierno. La presente obra tiene un espíritu de sana crítica y además pretende contribuir al debate y a la socialización sobre el particular. En su elaboración participaron gerentes y profesionales de la firma Deloitte e investigadores y docentes de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, asimismo su contenido fue difundido y discutido en varios foros que se realizaron en Bogotá, Cali, Medellín y Barranquilla. Contamos con que las reflexiones planteadas en este libro contribuyan tanto al debate, entendimiento y discusión de esta materia, fundamental en el plano jurídico, como a los propósitos que pretende el gobierno realizar con el resultado del informe de la Comisión de Expertos en el Régimen Tributario.
