Abstract

Dentro de este volumen, el lector encontrará una colección de artículos presentados en el 24.º Congreso Mundial de la ivr (Asociación Internacional de Filosofía del Derecho y Filosofía Social), que tuvo lugar en Beijing en el año 2009, en el marco del tópico general denominado “La filosofía del precedente judicial”. Las bases, naturaleza jurídica, estructura, virtudes y aplicaciones del precedente fueron temas intensamente discutidos en dos seminarios dedicados especialmente al tema del precedente judicial, dentro de los cuales un gran número de juristas de todo el mundo debatió alrededor de los ensayos que hoy se compilan.
