Abstract

Al ser conscientes de la importancia y el valor humano que tiene el derecho de asociación sindical en el mundo actual y que cuenta con protección en las normas nacionales e internacionales del trabajo, nos permitiremos por medio de esta obra aproximarnos al concepto y al contenido jurídico de tan importante derecho humano. La obra se desarrolla en dos capítulos: el capítulo primero versa sobre el marco conceptual del derecho de asociación sindical, los mecanismos internacionales, los universales, los regionales y los nacionales de protección. Y en el capítulo segundo se analizarán las principales violaciones al derecho de asociación sindical en Colombia en el periodo comprendido entre los años 2002 y 2012.
