Abstract

Reconociendo el papel del Grupo de Investigación en Derecho del Medio Ambiente de la Universidad Externado de Colombia en el análisis del marco normativo, doctrinal y jurisprudencial nacional y extranjero, la colección Lecturas sobre derecho del medio ambiente llega este año a su tomo xiv, el cual representa la misma cantidad de años de esfuerzo y dedicación constantes para crear colectivamente una base bibliográfica robusta que soporte las actividades del Departamento de Derecho del Medio Ambiente, y que a la vez contribuya de manera decidida a la socialización del conocimiento. Como es costumbre, han colaborado en estas páginas varios miembros del Grupo de Investigación y algunos invitados especiales, de forma que los artículos que hoy presentamos cubren múltiples asuntos relacionados con el derecho del medio ambiente, ya sea desde la perspectiva histórica, institucional, política, agrícola, regulatoria o de servicio público, y aportan análisis detallados y concretos sobre algunos aspectos relevantes para el desarrollo de esta rama del ordenamiento jurídico.
