El sistema general de riesgos laborales en Colombia

Abstract

Desde el momento de la conformación del Sistema de Riesgos Profesionales han transcurrido casi dos décadas para su implementación y reglamentación, hecho que pone de presente la necesidad de contar con un recurso humano con conocimiento específico sobre la materia. De manera clara y sencilla, el doctor Puyana se adentra en el estudio de los riesgos profesionales, de la responsabilidad que se deriva de la prestación del trabajo, de la estructura de los riesgos profesionales, sus gestores y administradores, y de forma detallada hace un recuento y un análisis de la normatividad vigente presentando las sucesivas modificaciones que se han adoptado por iniciativa del Congreso y, en ocasiones, como consecuencia de los fallos de inexequibilidad proferidos por la Corte Constitucional.
