Abstract

Este volumen ha sido diseñado en función de dos objetivos: el primero busca reflejar la amplitud del sistema filosófico de la obra de Robert Alexy, así como los diversos estudios de teoría jurídica y filosofía en las últimas tres décadas, en los cuales su obra ha tenido impacto. El segundo objetivo se centra en facilitar un intercambio crítico entre Alexy y un grupo de especialistas en la materia, con el fin de identificar nuevas áreas de investigación e infundir nuevos bríos a la teoría del discurso jurídico. Para alcanzar dichos objetivos, este intercambio de opiniones refleja apropiadamente el carácter discursivo y crítico de la obra de Robert Alexy.
