Abstract

Esta segunda edición del libro Lecciones de derecho mercantil contiene una serie de estudios sobre diversos aspectos en esta materia, relacionados con los sujetos que ostentan el carácter de comerciantes o empresarios y su posición o régimen jurídico frente al ordenamiento positivo; los instrumentos por cuya virtud se hace tangible el ejercicio práctico de las actividades mercantiles y, en general, su explotación mediante la celebración de actos y negocios jurídicos derivados de esas actividades económicas. Los temas fueron sometidos a una prolija y detallada revisión y actualización, de cara a ponerlos a tono con las nuevas disposiciones legales y con los más recientes pronunciamientos de la doctrina y de la jurisprudencia tanto nacional como extranjera.
