Abstract

Este libro busca suscitar en el contexto de habla hispana una reflexión de talante filosófico sobre la responsabilidad civil extracontractual. Para este fin, pone a disposición del lector una interesante amalgama de trabajos en esta área de estudio. Ofrece, por primera vez en castellano, traducciones de algunas selectas contribuciones de los autores anglosajones más emblemáticos de este campo. Así mismo, incluye trabajos de filósofos del derecho hispanoparlantes, quienes han entrado en los debates propios de esta disciplina con ideas originales y profundas. Finalmente, el libro incorpora varios ensayos de autores colombianos que, desde el punto de vista teórico o dogmático, intentan aportar a estos debates con el desarrollo de intuiciones abstraídas de la práctica de nuestro país o, justo lo opuesto, evaluar algunos aspectos de nuestra práctica de la responsabilidad civil desde una perspectiva teórico-jurídica.
