Abstract

El Departamento de Derecho Económico de la Universidad Externado de Colombia presenta una segunda obra colectiva del Grupo de Investigación en Derecho y Economía, de la Serie Derecho Económico, después de la realizada el año anterior sobre casos de aplicación de Análisis Económico del Derecho. En esta ocasión los autores desarrollaron diversas facetas teóricas y de aplicación del análisis de la regulación económica, sobre temas como: la formación de las normas desde diversas vertientes disciplinares; la intervención del Estado y las fallas de mercado; una aproximación económica al estudio del derecho de los contratos; la justicia sectorial, y el estudio de la reciente ley de competencia desleal. Se pone así a disposición de la comunidad académica este aporte al estudio de la regulación económica, y se espera que los contenidos plasmados en esta obra se constituyan en fuente de consulta para estudiosos de la regulación económica e interesados en este campo de estudio, e igualmente para alumnos de pregrado y posgrado y profesores en el área del Derecho económico, investigadores y estudiantes de maestría que realicen proyectos de investigación y tengan que ver con esta materia, o aborden estudios relacionados con la regulación económica.
