Abstract

Somos conscientes de la forma en la que la tecnología evoluciona. Hoy por hoy, el avance de los sistemas de información presenta una serie de posibilidades que antes era imposible imaginar. Así ha ocurrido con la Computación en la Nube, pues se ha convertido en el paradigma actual de la forma en la que se interactúa con los diferentes servicios de Internet, hasta el punto que el sector empresarial de medios electrónicos que trabajan en la producción de software y hardware ha cambiado sus modelos de mercado basándolos en sistemas que operan a partir de modelos de Computación en la Nube. De allí la enorme tarea que tiene el Derecho para analizar estos temas y diseñar una regulación acorde con el avance continuo y revolucionario de la tecnología. Es esa, precisamente, la razón por la cual este texto se hace relevante para un interesado en la Computación en la Nube. En el libro el Grupo de Investigación en Comercio Electrónico estudia los aspectos legales más relevantes que deben tenerse en cuenta para contratar servicios de Computación en la Nube.
