Abstract

El estudio de los bienes, como un concepto jurídico, ha tenido una evolución reciente principalmente determinada por lo que se conoce como “la constitucionalización del derecho civil”, según la cual, mediante las diferentes sentencias de la Corte Constitucional, se ha creado un derecho más acorde con nuestra época y en especial con nuestra realidad jurídica, por tal razón el estudio de esta materia ya no se puede realizar solamente a la luz de la normatividad, que en una buena parte procede de fuentes externas y data de muchos años atrás, sino que se requiere de una mayor sistematización que poco a poco la hace más compleja y además necesita de más fuentes para su aprendizaje y análisis. Entonces, este libro busca entregar una guía práctica y, si se puede decir, metodológica para esta nueva forma de ver el derecho.
