Abstract

La compleja sociedad actual demanda del Derecho penal la solución de múltiples conflictos que, en principio, desbordan el alcance de las tradicionales categorías e instituciones del Derecho penal. En esta problemática resulta de especial importancia lo relacionado con la corrupción y la seguridad ciudadana, aspectos que tanto en Colombia como en otras legislaciones han concentrado múltiples esfuerzos de las autoridades. Nuestro país, en el año 2011, aprobó dos leyes sobre estos ejes temáticos, que, por su novedad e importancia, deben ser analizadas desde una perspectiva académica con la finalidad de aportar a la discusión que sobre las mismas se ha presentado.
