Estudios de Derecho Continental en Colombia y Francia

Abstract

En desarrollo del convenio suscrito por la Universidad Externado de Colombia con la Fondation Pour Le Droit Continental de Francia, el Grupo de Investigación en Derecho y Economía del Departamento de Derecho Económico presenta a la comunidad académica este texto como un primer resultado del proyecto de investigación sobre derecho continental, que tiene como propósito estudiar la importancia de éste, en respuesta a la preeminencia que ha tomado el derecho anglosajón a nivel internacional, manifestado mediante los resultados del Doing Business (Banco Mundial), así como en estudios en los que se hace énfasis en la implementación del análisis económico desde la perspectiva de, por ejemplo, la Escuela de Chicago. Se compone este texto de varios artículos escritos por los profesores e investigadores del Grupo de Investigación en Derecho y Economía de la UEC, quienes tomaron como marco de referencia aproximaciones, entre otras, desde la nueva economía institucional. Contiene también las conferencias dictadas por los profesores miembros de la Fondation Pour Le Droit Continental en el escenario de la Cátedra de Derecho Continental en 2011, y cuya traducción del francés y derechos fueron cedidos por la Universidad Diego Portales de Chile para la presente publicación.
