Abstract

La compilación del libro Escritos sobre Riesgos y Seguros es el producto del esfuerzo del Centro de Estudios de Derecho de Seguros de registrar por escrito los resultados de la experiencia profesional e investigativa de los docentes de las asignaturas que conforman los programas de la Especialización en Seguros y del Diplomado en Gestión Integral de Riesgos. Esta memoria escrita se constituye en un apoyo pedagógico para los alumnos del Centro de Estudios de Derecho de Seguros, que les permitirá profundizar y actualizar los contenidos de las distintas asignaturas que comprenden los programas ofrecidos en las disciplinas de seguros y riesgo. La presente publicación está compuesta por veintiséis artículos, mediante los cuales quince autores abordan el estudio de diversos ejes temáticos, relacionados con la institución aseguradora, el fenómeno del riesgo y del contrato de seguros.
