Abstract

Este libro compara cuatro experiencias regulatorias en el tema de Derecho de la competencia: Reino Unido, Estados Unidos, Países escandinavos y Australia. El sistema del Reino Unido, uno de los países con el mayor desarrollo jurídico en el sector energético de Europa, ha servido de modelo para el desarrollo colombiano en este aspecto. Asi mismo, se analizan algunos casos relevantes de Estados Unidos por su trayectoria y desarrollo en las normas y jurisprudencia antitrust. Se presentan los casos más connotados en la región escandinava, modelo más sofisticado del mundo y de Australia, el país que cuenta con la red de transmisión más grande del mundo.
