Abstract

Esta obra ofrece una explicación didáctica detallada y clara de cada lino de los temas que componen el Curso de Derecho Procesal Civil General. En lenguaje sencillo enseña una manera de aplicar las disposiciones del Código ele Procedimiento Civil con apego a los fundamentos de derecho procesal, cuyo dominio ha debido adquirir previamente el estudiante de derecho en su curso de teoría del proceso.Múltiples ejemplos cuidadosamente escogidos y oportunamente empleados por el autor favorecen la comprensión de cada tema y hacen amena la lectura del texto. Adecuadamente ajustado a la más reciente legislación procesal, el libro se revela como una valiosa herramienta de consulta, además de idóneo canal de comunicación entre los profesores de derecho procesal y sus discípulos.
