Regulación de energía eléctrica y gas: estudios jurídico y económico

Abstract

Actualmente las decisiones gubernamentales con relación a la regulación de los sectores de energía eléctrica y gas se encuentran orientadas al logro de una mayor confiabilidad que garantice el abastecimiento energético así como a la obtención de una mayor eficiencia y eficacia en las actividades que lo integran y a la tutela del medio ambiente con el que guarda una estrecha relación; lo anterior obedece al constante crecimiento del mercado y la demanda energética. Esta obra, que forma parte de la Colección de Regulación Minera y Energética del Departamento de Derecho Minero Energético, permite al lector realizar una aproximación al contexto jurídico y económico que se encuentra vigente en el sector de la energía eléctrica y el gas, tanto en Colombia como en otros países, contribuyendo de esta manera a una mayor comprensión académica y profesional del mismo.
