Abstract

La compilación normativa que el lector tiene en sus manos ofrece una presentación de la Ley 142 de 1994, en que se pueden evidenciar de manera fácil las disposiciones vigentes debidamente concordadas con los referentes jurisprudenciales de la Corte Constitucional relativos a la vigencia y los alcances de las mismas, donde con el mayor rigor posible se ha pretendido identificar la ratio decidenci de dichos juicios de constitucionalidad, de máxima pertinencia al momento de hacer uso de ella. Todo lo anterior se encuentra adicionado por instrumentos legales y reglamentarios que son de uso corriente del operador jurídico de esta materia, y se han clasificado de acuerdo con los diferentes sectores que la integran, a fin de facilitar su consulta.
