    Como los alquimistas que durante siglos trabajaron en la búsqueda de la piedra filosofal que les permitiera transformar los distintos metales en oro puro, estos juristas han trasegado los caminos que les brinda la legislación laboral, buscando moldear y dar solidez al trabajo, que con la dignidad son fundamentos imprescindibles del estado social de derecho y teatro de presentación de diversos derechos fundamentales que le dan protección y seguridad al hombre trabajador.Por ello, al leer con detenimiento cada uno de los títulos y subtítulos en que está dividida la obra, fácilmente sale a flote la superación con creces del propósito que se fijaron, y aunque respetando su modestia, cuando afirman que se trata de una cartilla de “orientación elemental”, propia para estudiantes, trabajadores y empleadores, fácilmente se descubre que, igualmente, quien se considere un especialista del derecho laboral, deberá leerla con la seguridad de que al final quedará convencido de la realidad de sus enseñanzas
