Abstract

La investigación del profesor Barrera Tapias procura poner a tono con el moderno derecho nacional y el comparado las no por antiguas menos vigentes figuras de la gestión de negocios ajenos, la indivisión y el enriquecimiento sin causa. En ese sentido se hace referencia a la normatividad nacional y extranjera y a los avances de la doctrina y la jurisprudencia sobre la materia.Finalmente, se ponen de manifiesto las nuevas tendencias del derecho sobre aquéllas, como por ejemplo la aplicación de la teoría general del enriquecimiento sin causa en el Derecho Administrativo y la normatividad e interpretación doctrinaria y jurisprudencial que existe en Colombia sobre ellas.
