Los derechos de la infancia y la adolescencia en Colombia como sistema constitucional

Abstract

La expedición del Código de la Infancia y la Adolescencia, mediante Ley 1098 del 8 de noviembre de 2008, inspiró en los estudiantes Hernández y Castro la idea de adelantar una investigación sobre el régimen jurídico de la infancia y la adolescencia en nuestro país, desde la perspectiva de los derechos, y teniendo en cuenta no sólo los antecedentes históricos del tema en nuestro país sino su evolución en la cultura de Occidente. El trabajo está dividido en tres partes principales: “Infancia y adolescencia en la cultura de occidente”, “Evolución legislativa en Colombia hasta 1991” y “La era constitucional de 1991”.
