Abstract

En la actualidad los esfuerzos de la humanidad se han encauzado con mayor ahínco aún, a la búsqueda de la protección, respeto y garantía de los derechos humanos de todos los hombres. Y como un producto de este cometido mundial, encontramos que la necesidad de buscar caminos que conduzcan a la reconciliación de sociedades que han atravesado por épocas de convulsión social, es un tema vital, en cuyo continuo estudio y desarrollo es necesario consagrar los esfuerzos de la comunidad internacional.
