Abstract

La validez e invalidez de las normas y especialmente la de la Norma Fundamental, todo expuesto con la mayor nitidez posible y un claro sentido didáctico, conforman el núcleo de esta obra. A manera de apéndice el profesor Alarcón esboza una reformulación y reordenamiento de las proposiciones del tractatus logico-philosophicus de Wittgenstein y remata con una extensa bibliografía que facilita la tarea de ampliar y profundizar conocimientos en la materia.
