Abstract

Con la publicación de Las razones de la convivencia culmina un proyecto editorial iniciado en torno al simposio sobre “Ciudadanía, inmigración y tolerancia” celebrado en la ciudad de Alcalá de Henares en septiembre de 2002 en el marco del Primer Congreso Iberoamericano de Ética y Filosofía Política. Desde entonces, lo que había sido una primera puesta en común de sus diferentes perspectivas entre investigadores de ambas orillas del Atlántico se ha convertido, eso queremos pensar, en una reflexión coral que trata de iluminar una serie de debates normativos y prácticos sobre la convivencia civil en nuestras sociedades.
