Abstract

Desde hace más de 2000 años, se expone el problema de la aplicación y la relación entre derecho y moral, es así como los diferentes autores manejan en otros términos pero con el mismo fin, la concepción de legalidad y justicia. En esta obra se expone y se estudia tal polémica.
