La paz en la doctrina del derecho de Kant

Abstract

Resulta evidente la connotación jurídica del principio de paz en la teoría del derecho de Kant y la atribución que le otorga como principal finalidad del Estado. De hecho, Kant demuestra por vía y métodos racionales cómo la paz responde a la naturaleza humana y forma su realización; por tanto, lo que debe perseguirse es el establecimiento universal y duradero de la paz, porque la razón práctico-moral indica que no debe hacerse la guerra.
