Abstract

Los derechos fundamentales están presentes en todos los ámbitos de nuestra vida y son los que permiten asegurar el desarrollo de las necesidades básicas e intelectuales. Por tanto el autor estudia los aspectos analíticos más importantes, implícitos en la controversia acerca de estos derechos, recogiendo las tesis que promueven la idea de señalarlos como principios, por el valor que representan para la sociedad.
