Abstract

Este texto, que por primera vez se da a conocer en castellano, reviste particular interés por la vinculación que realiza entre el Derecho Civil y la Filosofía del Derecho en torno a un principio fundamental del derecho como es la libertad, la cual experimenta diferentes desarrollos en las disciplinas jurídicas particulares. El autor destaca algunos principios básicos para el Derecho Civil como son la libertad de contratación, la libertad de dominio y la libertad de testar.
