La realidad de la libertad. Dos estudios sobre la filosofía del derecho de Hegel

Abstract

Si bien es cierto que la época de las descalificaciones no diferenciadas, que estilizaron a Hegel como uno de los precursores intelectuales de Hitler o Stalin, o al mismo tiempo de los dos, parecen entretanto ser en lo esencial cosa del pasado, no es menos cierto que la filosofía de Hegel, en especial su filosofía del derecho, es todavía abordada hoy en día con bastante prevención. Así, el concepto de realidad de Hegel, hondamente enraizado en la tradición metafísica, de un contenido altamente normativo, es considerado como superado, y su institucionalismo, ante todo su gran concepción del Estado, vista como políticamente peligrosa.
