Abstract

La preocupación de la idea de justicia expresada en todas sus manifestaciones se puede identificar en las cuatro grandes partes en que se divide el libro, que retoma y contrasta teorías como las de Kant, Dworkin, pasando incluso por las de Welkere, Hart Habermas y Rawls, hasta traspasar anteponiendo la justicia las teorías de Marx y Engels.
