Abstract

Obra que constituye un claro retrato de la compleja realidad que muestra la situación sobre la criminalidad-criminalización en Colombia. El autor presenta hechos empíricos en los que introduce conceptos teóricos que permiten al lector comprender la “construcción social” y la “función simbólica” de los mismos, contribuyendo así al desarrollo en Colombia de una verdadera “criminología constitutiva” donde el interés primordial es el descubrimiento de las causas o los motivos del comportamiento delincuencial.
