Una aproximación a los límites de la legítima defensa

Abstract

El trabajo se encuentra dividido en cinco capítulos. Primero se encuentra una breve introducción sobre la temática en cuestión. Luego se hace una breve reseña sobre la reglamentación de la legítima defensa a lo largo de todas las épocas. En el tercero se entra a analizar las causas de las limitaciones al derecho de legítima defensa y la justificación de su existencia en el ordenamiento jurídico. El cuarto lleva por nombre “Sectores problemáticos” y en él se estudian uno por uno los sectores a saber, los ataques de los inculpables o personas con culpabilidad reducida, las agresiones dentro del marco de las relaciones de garantía, los ataques insignificantes y la provocación. Por último, en el quinto, se encuentran las conclusiones de este estudio.
