Abstract

Los efectos del rápido crecimiento de las sociedades y de sus actividades en materia de comercio, además de los instrumentos que regulan éstas relaciones, instrumentos de tipo “civil” o estrictamente de carácter legal, están bajo la lupa en este estudio.
