El dolo eventual

Abstract

Sin pretender clasificar el delito doloso como el mayor o menor agravante de delito, aunque considerándolo un elemento de tipo, el dolo viene determinado por muchas variantes doctrinales. En el presente trabajo se resalta el papel decisivo como elemento intelectual y delimitador entre imputación de un resultado lesivo a título de dolo e imputación de resultado lesivo a título de imprudencia.
