Abstract

El Centro de Investigación en Filosofía y Derecho de la Universidad Externado de Colombia organizó, los días 26, 27, 28 y 29 de octubre de 2004, el iv Seminario Internacional sobre Filosofía y Derecho Contemporáneo: Problemas actuales del funcionalismo. Estudio de la obra de Günther Jakobs y Claus Roxin. A este seminario fueron invitados como conferencistas principales los profesores alemanes Günther Jakobs y Claus Roxin; igualmente tomaron parte en este evento distinguidos tratadistas e investigadores nacionales e internacionales, estudiosos de la dogmática jurídica que representan estos maestros del derecho penal germánico, como lo son los profesores: Manuel Cancio Meliá y José Cerezo Mir (España); André Luís Callegari (Brasil); José Antonio Caro John, Julio Mazuelos Coello (Perú), Jaime Bernal Cuellar, Fernando Arboleda Ripoll, Jorge Fernando Perdomo Torres y Álvaro Orlando Pérez Pinzón (Colombia), entre otros.
