Abstract

Dado que el hampa encuentra vacíos en el mundo del derecho, viola las fronteras legales para delinquir. Es así como los estamentos transnacionales comienzan a tomar cartas en el asunto tipificando, este delito, como lo es el comercio de personas y de narcóticos y el lavado de dinero entre otros.
