Abstract

Esta traducción del Código Penal Alemán (StGB) tiene como principal objetivo facilitar el estudio comparado con las legislaciones penales de los países hispanohablantes. De hecho, el derecho penal comparado permite abrir nuevos campos de investigación y pensar en el derecho penal del futuro. El Código Penal Alemán siempre ha sido ajustado a las condiciones y necesidades cambiantes de cada época mediante innumerables modificaciones aunque se remonta al Código Penal del Reich del 15 de mayo de 1871 y tiene sus orígenes en el Código Prusiano de 1851.
