Abstract

La distinción entre acción y omisión es una cuestión en la que los aspectos material y terminológico requieren un ordenamiento sistemático como el propuesto por el profesor Struensee en la presente obra. Su esquema de ordenamiento está dado por los diferentes niveles y presupuestos del delito y de su punibilidad y rechaza la vinculación de la distinción entre los dos términos con los correspondientes conceptos de conducta.
