La defensa putativa en el nuevo Código Penal

Abstract

El autor expone el tratamiento que el nuevo Código Penal le da al fenómeno jurídico de la defensa putativa; realiza una síntesis histórica del tema, a fin de tratarle dogmáticamente desde el error de prohibición, abordando temas como las diversas concepciones del dolo, la defensa putativa como legítima defensa putativa, las diferentes consecuencias del error de prohibición.
