Abstract

El término “terrorista” es descrito subjetivamente puesto que las instancias jurídicas internacionales, no hacen una descripción del término. De otra parte, se analiza un segundo problema, la relación estado de derecho antiterrorismo el cual se basa en las herramientas e impedimentos que el Estado se dispone.
