Abstract

Dentro de los sistemas de control de constitucionalidad que existen en el mundo, el sistema mixto de Colombia y Venezuela se configura como un modelo de justicia constitucional en sí mismo, mixto o integral, que combina el llamado sistema difuso con el sistema concentrado de control de constitucionalidad. Esta obra expone los aspectos más importantes de los sistemas concentrado y difuso de control de constitucionalidad, conforme al modelo colombo-venezolano.
