La jurisprudencia arbitral en Colombia

Abstract

Esta obra busca dar a conocer la valiosa fuente jurisprudencial que representan los laudos arbitrales proferidos entre los años 1987 y 1994. Se ha utilizado como metodología la determinación inicial del respectivo problema jurídico, para examinar a continuación la solución dada por el Tribunal. Esta labor ha permitido determinar que durante las últimas décadas se ha recurrido a la justicia arbitral de manera más asidua que en épocas anteriores.
