Abstract

El notariado es una necesidad vital para el desarrollo de la actividad social del individuo, pues todas las manifestaciones de interrelación del individuo requieren la huella testimonial o la corporeidad documental del acto, para garantizar la seguridad y el cumplimiento del mismo. González Casasbuenas ofrece en esta obra una compilación ilustrativa y didáctica de la historia del notariado, con particular referencia a la historia del notariado en Colombia.
