Abstract

Como lo resalta el artículo 3.6 de la Ley 142 de 1994, las atribuciones y funciones asignadas a las entidades, a las autoridades y a los organismos de que trata esa ley, son algunos de los instrumentos que tiene el Estado para intervenir en los servicios públicos, entre otras materias, para la protección de los recursos naturales. Lo anterior quiere decir el Estado, las empresas prestadoras de los servicios públicos y los organismos de control relacionados tienen que contribuir con la función de protección de los recursos naturales.
