Abstract

El libro Régimen jurídico y ambiental de los residuos sólidos recopila estudios de expertos quienes, a partir de su experiencia y conocimiento, analizan en esta obra temas tales como: la regulación de residuos ordinarios y peligrosos; los mecanismos tributarios aplicados a la gestión de residuos; la participación de las administraciones públicas en la gestión de estas sustancias; las políticas de manejo de los desechos sólidos a nivel nacional y extranjero; la eficacia normativa frente a los graves problemas ambientales generados por los residuos; entre otros. El conocimiento de los expertos convocados y la profundidad de los asuntos tratados hacen de esta obra un referente obligado para aquellos que quieran conocer más de la problemática relacionada con los residuos sólidos.
