15 años de la Constitución Ecológica de Colombia

Abstract

Como ha sido aceptado por la jurisprudencia, por la doctrina e incorporado por buena parte de la legislación ambiental del país, la Constitución Política de 1991 está siendo aplicada fervorosamente por las autoridades ambientales, por las entidades territoriales y se encuentra rigiendo, quizás lo más importante, en el imaginario colectivo de los colombianos. Quince años después de su expedición, la Carta Política del 91 demuestra que en lo ambiental ha cambiado la historia del país, desde la gestión, desde la normatividad, desde la mejora en la calidad de vida de los colombianos.
