Abstract

La presentación de un libro con perspectiva histórica en el derecho no debería ser un trabajo dispendioso o difícil; sin embargo, la deriva excesivamente profesionalizante, que atiende casi con exclusividad a las necesidades imperiosas del mercado, hace del derecho una técnica que se mueve a una velocidad inusitada, indiferente a la vida, a la humanidad, a la sociedad, por cuya premura olvidamos que no nacimos hoy y que el mundo no nació con nosotros.
