Abstract

El daño no patrimonial ha sido de vieja data uno de los temas más apasionantes para los estudiosos de la responsabilidad civil. Es indudablemente interesante ahondar en cómo el derecho vuelca su atención hacia lo más íntimo del ser humano, lo cual se traduce en la protección a través de medios jurídicos de las dimensiones corporal, emocional y espiritual del hombre.
